MEET THE DREAM TEAM

KAYLE BUI

Founder / President

The fifth of six children born in post-war Vietnam, she and her family fled the country when she was just 9 months old. Her family survived crossing the Pacific in a small fishing boat through storms and lack of food before finally landing in North America. Her parents, who spoke no English, and lacked education helped instill the importance of hard work.
Kayle’s great work ethic is visible throughout her career. She has been the CEO of her own small businesses throughout the years while being in the travel industry for nearly 20 years, including 10 in private aviation accounting.
Giving back to the community is something Kayle has always been involved in. From setting up local fundraisers, feeding the homeless, visiting the elderly with her daughter to even collecting soda tabs to make wheelchairs for kids. Her passion to help others drove her to start this organization with the vision of utilizing athletics, academics, and mentorship programs for underprivileged youth. All of this will be achieved while cultivating a positive environment.
A single mother of a little girl, she understands how difficult it is financially to put her daughter in sports programs. Her daughter serves as an inspiration to her. Through 100 Ways she wants to give youth the opportunity and resources to be successful.
